Spencer Planit is a Director at Adirondack Capital Partners, where he leverages a diverse background across brokerage and principal real estate investment. He began his career at Winick Realty Group, representing leading New York City landlords and developers in retail leasing and tenant representation. He then joined RXR Realty, overseeing leasing, marketing, and strategic performance for a 1.2 million square foot multi-market retail portfolio. Most recently, Spencer was instrumental in building the investment sales platform at RTL (formerly Winick Realty), cultivating relationships with institutional investors, private equity firms, and family offices.

His experience spans leasing, investment sales, and ownership, providing a comprehensive perspective on asset performance and capital markets strategy.

A native New Yorker, Spencer is a graduate of Syracuse University with a degree in Economics.
