Michael Hunter Coghill

Managing Partner

As a Managing Partner and founder of Adirondack Capital Partners, Michael is responsible for the firm’s overall investment sales and client development operation. Throughout his years in the business, Michael has directly overseen the acquisition and disposition of over $1.15B in opportunistic and value add investments.

Previously, Michael was a Director at Eastern Consolidated, specializing in the acquisition and disposition of High Street Retail and Office properties throughout the country.

Mr. Coghill is a graduate of Siena College with a degree in Psychology. Mr. Coghill is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) , the National Multifamily Housing Council (NMHC) and the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY).

David Johnson

Managing Partner

David Johnson is a Managing Partner at Adirondack Capital Partners. He is responsible for the full spectrum of deal making across all asset classes and capital stacks. With deep knowledge of deal structuring as both a broker and former principal, David has successfully negotiated and closed over $2B in transactions, including many complex joint ventures, co-GP partnerships, ground leases and 1031 tax exchanges.

Prior to joining ACP, David was a Partner at Wildflower LTD, an innovative development firm based in NYC with over 3.5 million square feet of real estate in the New York Metro area and Amazon’s most active E-commerce developer in New York City.  At Wildflower, David led all acquisition efforts and executed many high-profile development deals in the industrial and last mile logistics sectors with Amazon, including JFK Logistics Center, a state of the art 422,398 SF multi-story warehouse situated on 11 acres near the gate to JFK International Airport.

David began his career in 2005 as a broker with Eastern Consolidated, where he specialized in uncovering and negotiating the sale of development sites and value-add properties in New York City. In 2014, Johnson embarked on his own and founded 5Points Group, an investment sales and capital markets firm.

Johnson was raised in upstate New York. A standout basketball player and competitive snowboarder in high school, Johnson was recruited by New York University, where he played point guard for the men’s basketball team. Johnson is an avid fly fisherman and splits his time between the Hudson Valley and New York City with his wife, two children and Italian Greyhound.

Chad Sinsheimer

Partner

Chad Sinsheimer is a Partner at Adirondack Capital Partners. He advises on transactions in all asset classes across Central New York, Northern New Jersey and New York City. Chad has over 25 years of investment experience both in Commercial Real Estate and formerly as a proprietary equity options market maker on Wall Street. He has successfully negotiated and closed over $650 million in real estate transactions.

Previously, Chad was a Managing Director at Ackman Ziff, a commercial real estate advisory firm specializing in facilitating transactions across the capital stack. Chad led the Investment Sales platform and represented institutional ownership, not for profit organizations and private clients in the acquisition and disposition of middle market assets priced from $20,000,000-$200,000,000.

Prior to Ackman Ziff, Chad worked at Eastern Consolidated where he focused on the sale of NYC centric assets. During his time at Eastern, he sold a variety of asset types including Retail Properties, Multifamily Buildings, Industrial Warehouses and Development Sites. Some highlights included the sale of the first warehouse in NYC leased to Amazon and two interconnected townhouses sold to Matthew Broderick and Sarah Jessica Parker for conversion into a single-family home.

A native New Yorker, Chad splits his time between NYC and upstate with his wife, two daughters and rescue dog. An avid runner, he also enjoys live music, great food and Syracuse Basketball.

Brittany Feinberg

Senior Director

Brittany Feinberg is a Senior Director at Adirondack Capital Partners. ​She comes to ACP w​ith nearly a decade of experience across both debt and equity transactions​. During her tenure, she has collaborated on more than $10B of transactions across all asset types including retail, office, hotels, industrial, and multifamily propertie​s. Brittany plays an integral role in both investment sales and capital markets at ACP, working alongside Managing Partners Michael Hunter Coghill and David Johnson.

​B​rittany started her career at Eastdil Secured, a global real estate investment bank, where she held positions in the Los Angeles, San Francisco, and New York offices. Most recently, she was a Senior Vice President on the financing team at Eastdil. Brittany was also a part of the team that placed a $500 million CMBS loan for the Miami Design District on behalf of Dacra, L Catterton, and Brookfield.

Brittany was raised in Long Beach, California and is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley. She is now based in Miami, Florida with her Pomsky, and is an avid tennis player.
